OPENING + SESSION 1:
Recent Developments in International Vehicles Regulations

The first session of this online event will explore the latest developments and challenges in the field of connected and automated vehicles. The session will focus on the global efforts to harmonize the technical regulations for automated vehicles, led by the United Nations’ Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and hear from experts from the UNECE working groups, composed of regulators from all continents and related stakeholders. Experts both from the industry and regulators will share insights on the current and future standards/regulations for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), automated driving systems (ADS) and vehicular communication, as well as the challenges and opportunities for innovation and collaboration
