Mike Braisher
Mike Braisher holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Science and a DPhil in vehicle particle emissions. After completing his academic studies, Mike joined Jaguar Land Rover, initially working in the vehicle emissions laboratory for two years. This role served as a foundation for his subsequent focus on vehicle regulations for a further six years, including representing the company in various industry working groups and international expert groups. In 2019, Mike moved to the United Kingdom’s Department for Transport. As head of Automated Vehicle Engineering, Mike heads up a team developing technical standards for automated vehicles. Mike is also the UK co-chair of the UN informal working group on automated driving systems.
