Michael E. Graham
Michael Graham is the 45th Member of the National Transportation Safety Board. Before joining the NTSB, Member Graham worked for Textron Aviation where he served as the Director of Flight Operations Safety, Security, and Standardization. Since the joining the Board, Member Graham hosted the NTSB web-series “V2X: Preserving the Future of Connected Vehicle Technology”, participated in V2X industry panels, and delivered a presentation entitled “The Safety Promise of V2X” to the 2022 U.S. Department of Transportation’s V2X Communications Summit. He began his career as a Naval Aviator flying A-7’s and F/A-18’s. Member Graham earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico. He is also a certified Airline Transport Pilot with over 10,000 flight hours.
