Krishna Bandi
Krishna Bandi is a Core Feature Owner within the Feature Systems Engineering Organization at Ford Motor Company in Michigan.
He is deeply involved in the future of transportation, focusing his research on wireless technologies, smart city applications, and safety and non-safety vehicular algorithms related to the Connected, Autonomous, Tolling and Road Usage Charge Technologies.
Krishna possesses significant expertise in the design, development, and demonstration of advanced features, as well as the deployment of smart infrastructure and products within smart cities of Connected and Autonomous area.
Currently, he leads the SAE J3292 WIP (Automated Vehicle Marshalling System) standard as Chair and Editor. He actively contributes to and participates in numerous industry and standards organizations, including SAE, ETSI, 5GAA, OmniAir, and CAMP.
Krishna’s passion for innovation is evident in his portfolio of over 90 filed patents and 3+ technical papers.
He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University (2015), USA and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering (2013), India.
