Chunmei Chen

With more than ten years of experiences with the automotive industry management in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), China, CHEN Chunmei plays a role in the domestic standards & regulations development as well as in the international harmonization of vehicle regulations. As the head of Chinese Delegation joining WP.29 Activities, she is the Vice-Chair of the Informal Working Groups on Electric Vehicle Safety (IWG on EVS) and Electric Vehicles and the Environment (IWG on EVE) IWG in the field of battery electrical vehicle. She is elected Vice-Chair of the Working Party on Automated/Autonomous and Connected Vehicles (GRVA) since 2019 and nominated Co-Chair of the Informal Working Group  on Functional Requirements for Automated Vehicles (IWG on FRAV) in the field of autonomous and connected vehicle.
