Alexey Rybakov

Alexey Rybakov leads Automotive Products at Netradyne, which are closely aligned with the Vision Zero strategy to eliminate traffic fatalities and severe injuries while increasing safe, healthy, and equitable mobility for all. He specializes in computer vision, machine learning, and automotive systems, driving the integration of AI-based fleet safety technologies into commercial vehicles. His work supports large-scale partnerships with fleets and OEMs across North America and Europe to improve driver safety and operational efficiency.
Prior to Netradyne, Alexey led technology innovation programs focused on real-world performance, regulatory readiness, and scalable deployment of AI-based and embedded systems, including automated driving technologies. He holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics and engineering.
