Ali El-Jaber

Ali El-Jaber is Chartered Civil engineer with MBA from the UK and a Fellow member of the IHE in UK. He has more than 30 years of international experience in asset and infrastructure management and in developing strategic and operational plans for highway networks. He currently works in the road transport sector at the Ministry of Transport as Acting Director of Roads Affairs Department.
